Teacher Appreciation Week is right around the corner and we have many fun things planned for our teachers and staff and could use YOUR help!

LAST MPJH PTSA Membership meeting
Member Announcement!!! MPJH PTSA Bylaws amendment on membership dues!
At the annual Texas PTA meeting in July 2023, delegates voted to increase the Texas PTA dues by $.50, effective August 1, 2024. The MPJH PTSA executive board has decided that we will reduce our local portion of our dues, so that you continue to pay only $8.00 for a membership.
In order to do this, we will need to amend our bylaws as follows and vote at our virtual Membership Meeting on May 7th, at 5:30pm.
Current bylaws state:
Section 2. Dues.
B. Annual dues for each member shall be the sum of national dues plus state dues plus the local dues amount of $3.50.
Propose change to:
Section 2. Dues.
B. Annual dues for each member shall be the sum of national dues plus state dues plus the local dues amount of $3.00.
Your help is needed!
On Saturday, May 18th, MPJH is the host campus for the TAEA Junior Visual Art Scholastic Event (VASE) competition.
PTSA will have a concession stand and all surplus will go towards our PTSA for next year. But we cannot do this without YOU!
